Why I love Picnik.com

I've never thought myself a good photographer, or for that matter, an editor (of photos). But Picnik is amazing. This picture of fireworks on the 4th that I took, wasn't that great originally. But, with a few clicks on Picnik, I think it looks quite a bit nicer. I'm thinking about spending some dough to get Picnik Premium, but I might not.... :)

I have been spending lots of my time outdoors, playing with our dogs since we got a new puppy and she needs a lot of exercise. So while I've been keeping an eye on them, I've been toting my camera about taking pictures of random things, so here one I personally like quite a bit. Weather vanes are just something I like a lot. I'll want one on my dream house. :)

I took a picture of Southern Commander at a birthday party once upon a time, and I decided to take it, edit, make it better, and it worked! The first pic is the original, the second, the wonderful masterpiece. :)




One noticeable difference that I'm very proud of, is that her right eye is squinty in the original, and in the edited one, i was able to stretch it, and then put a white dot to show the reflection, or "sparkle" :). Comment with opinions!!!
